Saturday July 26th
Interpretive Nature Trail Dedication Ceremony - 9:00 am - 12:00 pm at the Heller Homestead Park (across from Water Street Park, Hellertown,) 1890-92 Friedensville Road, Bethlehem, Pa. Celebrate the completion of Mary Beth Paskewicz’s  Gold Award Project.  The trail signs, made in conjunction with Lower Saucon Township describe and identify the local plants and animals found along the nature trail.  The dedication ceremony is at 9:00 AM followed by guided tours of the trail, fun educational activities, games, food, and prizes.  Children and adults of all ages are welcome. Attention scouts!  Activities will fulfill badge requirements.

Monday July 28th
E-House Design Sessions - Finish previous session if needed and review overall plan - take action. 6:30 pm at the Alliance for Sustainable Communities office in Morningstar barn 1966 Creek Road in Bethlehem.  Email or phone Steve Hoog at 610-410-5975 if you are coming. These sessions to discuss the present design and go into detail about what is needed ----making changes as necessary. We need to harmonize all activities with work being done to the interior. The underlying principles will be based on the concepts of permaculture so if you would like to join us to learn please do. We are looking for stakeholders who might want to take on parts of this project but if you have an interest in permaculture you can also attend.

A workshop designed to help us remember our deep connection with earth, re-assess our patterns of consumption, rediscover our needs for intimacy and support and redefine our priorities for action.
